How this site is paid for
This site is free to use. It is paid for by some of the links on it.
Affiliate links
Some links on this site are “affiliate links”. If you click one and then buy something, the shop may pay us a small commission. You do not pay any more.
Amazon
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Our bathroom aids page has links to search results or product pages on Amazon.co.uk. Those links contain our Amazon Associates tag. We do not show Amazon prices, ratings or pictures, because they change often — please check the product details, size and weight limit on Amazon before you buy.
Partner listings
From time to time we may agree partnerships with companies, such as installers or equipment shops. Any company that pays us, or pays us a commission, is labelled “Partner” in our directory, and links to them are marked as sponsored for search engines.
How we keep our advice independent
- Our guides are based on official and independent sources, which we list on every guide.
- No company can pay to change what our guides say, or to be recommended in our “Which option suits me?” results.
- We always suggest getting a free assessment from your council first, even though that may mean you buy nothing at all.
